Walker joined Falcon in October of 2019, having started his career in retail real estate with Transwestern in early 2007 then spending nine years with the John T. Evans Co., a restaurant-focused Prior to that, he co-founded a casual restaurant chain in Savannah, GA, drawing upon over a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality business.
Responsibilities and expertise include retail and restaurant tenant representation for a variety of users ranging from multi-unit local restaurateurs and retailers to national brands such as Great Clips and Wendy’s, leasing and sales for new retail and restaurant development, and vacant restaurant/retail asset leasing and disposition for a wide variety of clients, from the multi-billion dollar REIT to the boutique developer.
Walker was born right here in Dallas and is an alum of the Episcopal School of Dallas and Southern Methodist University, where he studied Political Science and Psychology. In his free time, he enjoys fishing for anything that will eat a fly as well as spending time outdoors, listening to music of all kinds, traveling, checking out the latest restaurant concepts, and generally anything else that involves spending time with his wife and three beautiful daughters.
