Mr. Montague has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman and Broker since 1994 and has been active in commercial real estate for 15 years.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Walter was a principal at Hightower/Montague Associates a boutique brokerage firm specializing in assisting small business owners with their commercial real estate and financing needs. Previously he worked as the Director, Asset Management for Crescent Real Estate and before that was a financial analyst with the Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management Group. Mr. Montague is on the Board of Directors of Crawford Austin Properties, a privately held real estate firm which owns and manages industrial and retail properties in central and west Texas.
Education:
Walter received his M.B.A. from Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston in 2002, and his B.S. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994.
