Warren Loth is a member of the Colliers Industrial Capital Markets – Western Region team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of institutional-grade industrial real estate. He focuses on advising private capital, owner-users, and 1031 exchange buyers—helping clients navigate complex sale processes, identify off-market opportunities, and craft effective go-to-market strategies for selling industrial assets.
Warren leverages the strength of the Colliers platform, which spans all major West Coast markets and maintains deep relationships with the most active Core, Core-Plus, Value-Add, and Opportunistic capital sources—including public and private REITs, private equity funds, pension funds, life insurance companies, and family offices.
