Watt Neal has fifty years of real estate experience. He is a winner of Phoenix Award for ten “Million Dollar” years as well as a former Associate Realtor of the Year and former Vice President of the Georgia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
He is also a former President of Rho Epsilon Real Estate Fraternity, a fifty year member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), a Charter Founding Member and Chairman Industrial Development I Forum (first 30 year member group) and a past state board member of NAIOP. Watt graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in the Journalism School with a major in advertising/public relations.
Neal’s specialty is speculative multi-tenant masonry office/warehouse/showroom construction & development. He has developed extensive properties in Buford, Alpharetta, Canton, & Savannah. He is married, has 2 grown daughters, one son and 5 grandchildren.
Neal has developed over fifty office/warehouses throughout Atlanta and Savanah. Neal’s group owns and manages 2,000,000 square feet which represents in excess of 150 tenants.
