Wayne Popowich is Managing Partner of Canadian Retail Services with the overall responsibility for property management, leasing, and development services for the Canadian retail portfolio now totaling more than 18 million square feet. Wayne joined Bentall in January of 2002.
Prior to joining BentallGreenOak, Wayne was President and founding Partner of Westmark Commercial Real Estate Group, which at the time was the dominant retail leasing company in British Columbia, looking after more than 60 shopping centres primarily throughout the Lower Mainland. Prior to Westmark, Wayne was President of Pioneer Pacific Realty Inc., the Vancouver office of Pioneer Property Group.
Wayne holds a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and urban land from the University of British Columbia and is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia.
