Wendy is the head of the Property Management accounts department in Dundee. Within her team she oversees the management of over 200 clients owning in excess of 2000 properties, ensuring the regulations of RICS, HMRC and the ethics of accounting standards are followed. She has over 25 years of accounts experience, with 20 of those connected to property. After earning her Degree in Dundee she gained experience working with a rugby team and then a utility company in Perth. Whilst studying towards her CIMA qualifications she worked with a property developer for 6 years before moving in to property management accounts in 2004 here at Graham + Sibbald and has continued along that path since. Alongside her team, Wendy manages a wide range of clients, commercial and residential rents and service charges, single and multiple owned properties.
