Wendy joined F&T Group in 2011 and has been a dynamic force within the company for over 14 years. She brings extensive expertise to her role as Director, supporting a team of professionals in condominium sales, retail leasing, tenant advisory, and marketing. Wendy expertly manages every detail—from contract to close—overseeing the development and execution of contracts, leasing plans, and streamlining lease transactions and administrative processes. Her impressive portfolio includes spearheading the condominium closing and retail leasing at One Fulton Square, driving impactful real estate sales & marketing initiatives at Flushing Commons Phase I, and contributing to the success of the newest project, Tangram.
