She is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. Daughter to a builder she was conducting Open Houses as young as 15 in his subdivisions, she early on had a passion for real estate. Owning and managing up to 27 rental units at one time, project management experience in both commercial and residential building, and assisting her father with land development and investments she has as wealth of experience to bring to the table.
