Wendy B. Jordan joined the Structured Finance Group at Avison Young in January 2022. As a Senior Associate, Wendy focuses primarily on multifamily investment sales.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Wendy was a Senior Transaction Manager at CBRE where she managed the real estate transaction activities for numerous multi-market nonprofits and associations. Wendy was responsible for developing and implementing portfolio transaction strategies for leaseholds, acquisitions and dispositions, conducting financial analyses and managing negotiations on behalf of her clients. She began her career in commercial real estate at JLL in 2011 where she oversaw all real estate activity and provided occupancy strategic planning and advanced portfolio analysis for the General Services Administration and later a publicly traded Fortune 100 company.
