Wendy Miller joined Colliers ABR, Inc. in 1995. As a landlord's agent, Ms. Miller is currently a member of the leasing team for the properties at 750 & 730 Third Avenue, 485 Lexington Avenue (Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America), 250 Park Avenue (AEW Capital Management), 393 & 401 Fifth Avenue (Stahl/AEW Partners), 341, 345 & 347 Madison Avenue (The Metropolitan Transportation Authority), 205/215 Lexington Avenue (Yeshiva University and Somerset Management) and 477 Madison Avenue (Slifka Family Enterprises). The combined agencies total 3,700,000 million SF. Representing The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Ms. Miller participated in the leasing efforts at the New York Coliseum to national exhibitions, events and movie companies. She was also part of the transition team involved in preparing the property for sale.
To date, Ms. Miller has participated in more than 1,550,000 SF of commercial leases. Clients include, Universal-Engelbriet-Cox, LLP, The Dermal Group, Inc., Resource Management, Inc. (two assignments), Brown University (two assignments), R. Bird & Company, Inc. (three assignments), Landon Media Group, NeoNet, TechVest Partners, The Surdna Foundation, and Georgetown University.
Ms. Miller holds a B.S. degree in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary's College and an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Development from George Washington University. She has completed the Advanced Professional Certificate Program in Real Estate at New York University. She is a member of the Association of Real Estate Women.
