I’ve been a proud member of the real estate industry for more than 30 years when I started as a REALTOR®, specializing in new home sales and construction. I earned my broker’s license in 1996, then became a licensed real estate instructor with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Today, I'm the Principal Broker for Joyner Fine Properties. I continue to help our agents improve their skills by guiding and teaching. The best part of my job is seeing the growth of our agents year after year.
