Wendy Scgalski is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Breeden Commercial, serving business owners, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout South-Central Indiana. She works across all commercial property types, representing clients in leasing, sales, investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities. Wendy believes commercial real estate is about more than buying, selling, or leasing property. It's about helping clients make informed decisions that support their businesses and long-term goals.
Known for taking complex situations and making them easy to understand, Wendy believes her role is to educate rather than sell. Whether she's explaining lease terms, evaluating investment opportunities, or finding creative ways to market a property, her goal is to give clients the information and confidence they need to make the right decision, not simply the fastest one.
Wendy came to commercial real estate through a nontraditional path. Her diverse background and studies in sociology, psychology, and architecture give her a unique perspective on the people, businesses, and spaces involved in every transaction. A creative thinker by nature, Wendy enjoys finding better ways to market properties, improve processes, and enhance the client experience.
