Wes joined Perimeter Commercial Real Estate in 2023, bringing valuable experience from his early career at Three Rivers Title in Fort Wayne, Indiana. During his tenure with Indiana’s largest title company, he played a key role in assisting with closings, digitizing critical documents, and streamlining record organization across multiple offices statewide.
At Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, Wes focuses on supporting tenants with leasing, development, and property management throughout the greater Atlanta market. His commitment to client service and operational efficiency makes him an asset to the firm’s growing portfolio.
Wes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montevallo (2006) and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Georgia (2014).
He and his wife, Julie, currently reside in Peachtree Corners.
