Wesley Evans serves as an associate in Newmark’s Washington, DC, office. His responsibilities include tracking new developments in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, executing financial analyses and using his regional market knowledge to ensure the use of best practices while working alongside his clients to acutely understand their goals and deliver results that surpass their expectations.
Mr. Evans brings to his position more than 12 years of experience in property management, asset management, and landlord representation, enabling him to provide his clients with in-depth knowledge of all aspects in every transaction. He joined Newmark in 2014 after a successful tenure as a financial analyst at Clarion Partners, where he was responsible for asset management operations throughout the Washington metropolitan area and Northern Virginia.
