Wes joined Wulfe & Co. in 2008 and has over 25 years of retail real estate experience. Former affiliations include The Trammel Crow Company, Weingarten Realty Investors, and General Growth Properties.
Prior to Wulfe, Wes’ primary responsibilities at Trammel Crow included class A grocery anchored shopping centers in the Houston area with an aggregate GLA in excess of 1.5M square feet. Wes established the Las Vegas, NV office for Weingarten Realty Investors managing and leasing a portfolio of 12 properties totaling 2M square feet.
Wes is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of Texas A&M University.
