Bio
Wes has been with JDL Development since 2019. He oversees the entire multifamily asset management portfolio with a focus on driving operations, financial performance, and long-term value creation. Specific responsibilities include operations, residential and commercial leasing, budget review and approval, investor reporting, capital improvements, acquisitions, and dispositions. Wes also supports pre-construction and underwriting efforts on new developments, drawing on his extensive asset management experience.
Wes started his career at Imperial Realty Company where he received numerous company awards for his role as a commercial broker. Just prior to joining JDL, Wes worked with Lendlease as project manager assisting with construction at 1035 West Van Buren and One Bennett Park. He has a BS from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he majored in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation. Wes lives in Lincoln Park with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
