Whitney Bowrin with over a decade of property experience, Whitney supports landlords and tenants across rent review disputes, lease renewals and lease restructures, with a strong track record of delivering strategic asset management initiatives that enhance investment value. Prior to joining Newmark Whitney worked in Bluebook from 2019, Whitney was a Surveyor for BGL Partners and a Procurement Manager for the architecture firm SPINK. Whitney received her BSc in General Architecture from the University of Bath and her MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management.
