Bio
William Colvin is the Associate Director of Finance for Industrial Commercial Properties LLC. He is responsible for underwriting, sourcing debt and financial modeling for transactions and asset management throughout the portfolio.
Before joining ICP, Mr. Colvin spent five years in mortgage banking with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, helping facilitate over $1 bn in loan proceeds. Prior to his time in mortgage banking, Mr. Colvin was an industrial broker with the CBRE Cleveland team.
Mr. Colvin holds a B.A. in Economics from Cleveland State University. He resides in University Heights with his wife, Elizabeth.
