Will Droese serves as a Senior Associate with Vanguard Real Estate Advisors in their Dallas office. Mr. Droese focuses on land brokerage assignments with an emphasis on single-family lot development, multifamily, and build-to-rent. Mr. Droese holds a real estate license in the state of Texas and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Prior to Vanguard, he held an internship at Trademark Property Company.
Mr. Droese grew up in Dallas, attending Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He went on to attend Texas Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. At TCU, he was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and was involved in various volunteer organizations.
