Driven, disciplined, and passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, Will Greenstein brings a strong background in business ownership, construction, and client service to his role as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at M&D Real Estate.
In years prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker, Will spent several years in commercial construction, where he gained firsthand experience in project management, property improvements, and the operational aspects of development. In fact, while attending Texas A&M University, he founded and operated Texas Platinum Solutions, a landscaping and general contracting company that quickly grew through his commitment to quality and integrity. That entrepreneurial spirit continues to define his approach to real estate today — combining business acumen with a relentless drive to deliver exceptional results.
Will takes pride in his unwavering dedication to clients, refusing to stop until he helps them secure the right deal, property, or investment opportunity. He thrives on the variety that real estate brings — learning something new every day and expanding his network to better serve investors, landlords, and business owners across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
