Will Martin has recently joined the Office Division of The Woodmont Company. Will brings to Woodmont approximately seven years of extensive office sales and leasing and acquisitions. Will has substantial experience in the project leasing and tenant representation arenas as well.
Previous Experience
Subsequent to his employment with Woodmont, Will Martin was affiliated with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Fort Worth where he served for four years as Vice President of the Office/Investment Division. Additionally, he was an associate with Cardinal Realty out of Fort Worth for two years. Will began his illustrious real estate career with The Woodmont Company as an intern in 1991.
Will Martin has received the prestigious distinction as #17 of top brokers in the D/FW Metroplex as ranked by the Blacks Guide for 2002/2003. This most esteemed honor was bestowed upon Will based upon revenue earned from total square footage leased or sold.
Education
Mr. Martin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas where he majored in Business Marketing and Speech Communication.
