Mr. McPhee joined Overton Moore Properties in 2016 as an Analyst. He is directly involved in the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of new acquisitions throughout the state of California. In addition, Mr. McPhee is responsible for the acquisition and development of the company's Self-Storage portfolio. McPhee is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance and Real Estate. He is also a member of NAIOP Southern California and the California Self Storage Association.
