Will has been in the commercial real estate business since 2014. He graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After working for Colliers International for two years as a financial analyst, he was an investment sales broker at STRIVE for six years. His focus was single and multi-tenant retail. During this time, Will received recognition becoming a Senior Associate and was one of the top producing agents in the company. He also obtained his Texas real estate brokerage license and CCIM designation.
In 2023, Will joined Merritt Capital Partners as the Director of Acquisitions/Dispositions. Will and his wife Brittany, married in 2020 and have one daughter.
