In May of 2001, Mr. Nelson received his South Carolina Salesman License and went to work as a commercial property manager in Columbia. The commercial properties included office, industrial, medical, flex and parking facilities. Once Mr. Nelson moved to Greenville, his responsibilities expanded to include commercial leasing and sales as well as property management.
Will is very active with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Mr. Nelson served as President for IREM South Carolina Chapter 72 in 2017.
Mr. Nelson currently serves as Broker-in-Charge for Nelson Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
