Recent responsibilities include Renner Road, a 310,000-sq ft suburban office development in Richardson; BHP Billiton Tower, a 600,000-sq ft high-rise office building in the Galleria; Westgate, a 660,000-sq ft office complex in the Energy Corridor; and phase one of the 1.2 million-sq ft West Ten industrial complex in West Houston.
Will holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree as well as a joint Masters degree in Architecture and Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University. He is currently completing a Masters of Business Administration from the Jones School of Management at Rice University.
