Bio
Will brings over 8 years of finance, commercial banking and relationship management experience to HM. Prior to joining our brokerage, Will worked with the Bank of Nova Scotia, where he specialized in real estate finance and gained a wide range of expertise on the Okanagan market, ultimately leading the Kelowna Commercial Banking team, while managing a portfolio of core clients.
While with the Bank, Will's mandate was to source opportunities, manage client relationships and underwrite credit. In addition to a focus on real estate, he was involved in the financing of business sales and acquisitions. His background in corporate finance, and his time as a business analyst with the Bank, gives Will a wide range of expertise in real estate, business valuation, due diligence, as well as the finer points of deal making and closing transactions.
Will moved to BC from Ontario to start his banking career, and gained exposure to real estate markets throughout BC, including an assignment in Prince George as a Client Relationship Manager with the Bank. For the past 5 years, Will has lived in Kelowna and feels very fortunate to call the Okanagan his home. In his spare time, he can be found in the backcountry, on the golf course or playing any number of sports.
