Bio
Will specializes in the marketing and sale of single and multi-tenant industrial, office, and retail investment properties throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Since 2017, Will has worked on over $1 billion of investment sales with an emphasis on valuation, due diligence, and the marketing process. Prior to joining CBRE, Will worked at Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati focusing specifically on industrial and office investment sales.
Before starting his career in real estate, Will pitched six years for the Cleveland Indians and their affiliates after being a 5th round selection in the 2011 MLB Draft. He graduated in three years from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while leading the Cavaliers to two College World Series appearances and earning All-American honors following the 2011 campaign.
