Mr. Sharton is responsible for performing financial analyses and assisting in the valuation process to help management in the budgeting, forecasting, underwriting, leasing, and portfolio decision-making process of Intercontinental’s current portfolio.
Mr. Sharton received his BS in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2019, where he served as captain of the varsity men’s tennis team.
