Will is the President and CEO of NSP, Inc. and a Founding Partner of New South Properties of the Carolinas, LLC, which is celebrating its 29th anniversary. With over 35 years of experience in value-add acquisitions, retail and office tenant representation, income property sales, office/retail leasing, new business development, and development services, Will has built an impressive track record in the real estate industry.
He has worked with a wide range of prominent clients, including Food Lion, Chick-Fil-A, Inc., Pinnacle Bank, PGA Tour Superstore, and Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine. Will has also been instrumental in several key development and redevelopment projects such as Hilltop Plaza, Kenly Square, Oakie Mountain, Cross Pointe Marketplace, Sunset Corners, Sunset Plaza, Pender Landing, Cross Country Village, Mooresville Crossing II, Matthews Plaza, Northeast Plaza, Third Street Station, 201 Queens Road, and multiple Starbucks, Dunkin’, and other single-tenant net-leased properties.
Before founding New South Properties, Will gained valuable experience at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Spectrum Properties, Charter Properties Inc., and as Co-Founder of Ford Whitley Properties, LLC. His extensive career is marked by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
