I have been in the commercial real estate field since 1981. I have specialized in thorough market knowledge of the Central New Jersey property availabilities, transactional analysis, pending developments and tenant requirements. I have also been directly involved with nearly $200 million of property sales from fully leased office/ industrial parks and vacant ground for investment, to fully approved office, retail and residential projects. I have been instrumental in the closing of over one million square feet of leases for office, industrial, assembly and lab transactions. As a result of this background and experience, I am able to provide insight to requirements and real estate concerns, while saving clients' time in the process.
