Beaman joined New South in April of 2023 as Director, Development Services where he is responsible for executing on development opportunities both self-sourced, company sourced, and for our developer clients by providing fee development and owners rep services. Prior to joining the New South family, Beaman developed properties for Beaman Pearson Holdings, LLC where he focused on several industrial and healthcare projects. Before becoming a developer, Beaman served as Director of Healthcare Services for Colliers International of South Carolina where he led the new service line in delivering consulting and advisory, transactional representation, research, marketing, property management, project management and corporate solutions services to provide for the specific real estate needs of healthcare providers around the state of South Carolina. Prior to Colliers, Beaman was an Assistant Vice President Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of America, and an Assistant Vice President of Asset Capitalization at Cogdell Spencer in Charlotte, NC. When Beaman is not in the office, he spends his time with wife, Maria, his two sons and friends. Beaman enjoys golf, snow skiing and serves on multiple boards.
