William Block joined Block Real Estate Services (BRES) in 2018 as the assistant Manager of development. With a specialization in multifamily, industrial, and office development, financial analysis, and investment sales, William consults with individuals ranging from project managers, engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and city officials on new developments. He has been involved in developments, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activity with a total value in excess of $1 billion USD. Since joining Block, William has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He was also selected as a member of the 2020 Ingram’s Magazine Twenty in their 20’s class of honorees and as a 2023 Independent Magazine Rising Star.
