As director of leasing, William Murray Booker Jr. is responsible for leasing millions of square feet – including offices, retail spaces, and apartments – in Sundance Square. His efforts have led to occupancy rates above 90% for more than a decade.
Before joining Sundance Square, Mr. Booker served with J.C. Penney’s, where he held several positions, including the manager of stores in Irving and Fort Worth. After 31 years with J.C. Penney, he joined the Sundance Square team in 1999.
Mr. Booker also serves as the vice chairman of the Fort Worth Library Foundation.
An All-State football player in high school, he attended the University of Tulsa on an athletic scholarship.
