Will Burchfield is the Business Development Director for Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group. In this role, Will focuses on procuring new business, expanding current business and developing a strategic go-to-market strategy for the Business Development team nationally.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Will served as Managing Director of Institutional Real Estate for the Americas at IWG, the world’s largest flexible workspace company. He previously led the Flexible Workspace Consulting practice at Colliers as Vice President across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM regions. Earlier in his career, Will supported enterprise clients with transactional and consulting services at both Transwestern and WeWork. He began his career at SL Green in New York City, where he was part of a team managing a portfolio of more than 11 million square feet of office space.
Will lives in Long Island, NY with his wife, Hillary, and their two young children. When he is not chasing after his kids, he spends most of his time either on the golf course or exploring the woods with his French Bulldog, Chopper
