William Caldwell is a Senior Surveyor within Avison Young's Industrial & Logistics team based in London. He advises a wide range of landlord, occupier and developer clients on acquisitions, disposals and strategic industrial and logistics opportunities throughout Greater London and the South East. In addition to agency instructions on built assets, he provides advice relating to development land and emerging logistics markets. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2026, Will held surveying roles at RX London and Knight Frank, gaining experience across office leasing, industrial agency, capital markets and valuation. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he brings a broad transactional background and a client-focused approach to delivering occupier and investment solutions across one of the UK's most active industrial markets.
Will grew up in Dorset with his mum, dad, brother and black Labradors. In his spare time, Will is a very keen cricketer, enjoys golf and occasionally can be found playing the piano! He now lives in South West London.
