Since Bill joined CBRE in 2001, he has been a consistent top producer in the Ventura County office market. Mr. Clark's success is due in part to his strong work ethic, professionalism and dedication to his clients. Bill has completed more than 511 transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet and valued in excess of $485 Million in consideration. In partnership with John La Spada, Bill specializes in the sale and leasing of office and medical properties in Ventura County and has successfully represented many of the areas top landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining CBRE Bill had thirteen years of Business Development and National Account Management experience in the Software, Hardware and Professional Services sector with industry leading firms such as Lexis-Nexis, Siemens and Wallace Computer Services.
