Bill moved to Park City in 1970 and subsequently founded the Coleman Land Company in 1976. An indispensable member of business and civic organizations throughout the Park City area, Bill lead many Park City development dreams to fruition and lists involvement in hundreds of transactions. This consummate Park City citizen has also served on the Park City Planning Commission and Park City Council.
