In February 2026, Will joined Cousins to lead the Austin market as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the Austin portfolio including oversight of leasing, property management, third-party services, investment, development, and reporting.
Prior to joining Cousins, Will served as a Principal at Endeavor Real Estate Group. Will has comprehensive experience spanning leasing, acquisitions, debt and equity placement, and investment management. He has expertise across the full real estate lifecycle — from ground-up development and asset repositioning to financial structuring and investment underwriting.
