Will joined Endeavor’s Office and Industrial team in 2015 as a Senior Associate. Prior to that, he was an Acquisitions Associate for Transwestern Investment Group, where he worked with the firm’s investment clients to source, underwrite, analyze, and execute real estate transactions.
Will previously served as a senior debt and structured finance analyst at HFF in Houston. While at HFF, he was actively involved in the debt and equity capitalization of both existing and to-be-built assets in Texas and across the United States.
During the course of his career, Will has executed more than $2 billion in transactions spanning office, industrial, retail and multi-housing assets.
