As Executive Vice President, his focus is in exclusively representing clients in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, as well as with servicing national accounts. Bill’s experience involves all aspects of tenant advisory services including strategic planning, lease restructuring, lease negotiation, site selection, acquisitions, benchmarking, and facility disposition. Bill has represented clients in structuring complex real estate transactions for major public corporations, not-for-profit organizations, service firms, privately-held companies, R&D companies and government entities in all major markets throughout the United States. His clients, include Access Community Health Network, Chicago Title & Trust, DuPage County, Elevance Renewable Sciences, Fidelity National Financial, Gorilla Group, Hightower Advisors, Solsctice Mobile and Thrivent Financial.
Prior to CBIZ Gibraltar, Bill was a Senior Associate at the Trammell Crow Company. Currently, he is a member of the Executive's Club of Chicago and holds an SIOR designation. Bill is also very active with numerous charities and in his community, including youth sports..
