Bio
William (Bill) Fincher joined Bellevue Realty in 2004 specializing in retail leasing and sales. Bill currently serves a Vice President – Brokerage and handles the day to day negotiation and leasing of retail centers held and managed by Bellevue Realty Company. Bill is a member of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council (CIRC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC.)
Prior to entering brokerage, Bill worked eighteen years as a real estate appraiser earning the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Bill resides in New Castle County, Delaware.
