Billy Gold joined CBRE in 1985 and has specialized in the leasing, disposition/acquisition and site selection of industrial properties in the Houston Area for over 36 years. Mr. Gold’s years of experience with new developments in the Houston marketplace has established him as a leading provider of services to the Industrial Development community.
As a member of CBRE’s Ports and Integrated Logistics Practice he provides a continuum of supply chain and logistics services to corporate America in both the port and inland port marketplaces. Billy is a consistent Top Producer within the company and he was named Executive Vice President in 2020.
