William Hubbard is an established expert and represents institutional and private clients investing specifically in multifamily product in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding North Texas markets. He is well versed in the disposition process of tax credit, loan assumptions, and traditional deal structures amongst various property vintages and investment strategies. Prior to joining IPA, William held a first vice president position at CBRE. He is a Virginia Military Institute (VMI) graduate with a Business and Economics degree.
