William Iacovelli is a First Vice President in our New York office where he acts as a real estate consultant and tenant representative for CB Richard Ellis, Inc., the world’s largest full service commercial real estate firm. Mr. Iacovelli through his career in New York has specialized in commercial office leasing. He is based in Manhattan but has represented both national and local tenants, in addition to New York City, he has completed transactions in the following cities: Newark, NJ; Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston; Baltimore, MD; St. Louis, Kansas City, Nashville Tennessee; Norfolk, Virginia; Pennsylvania; Greenville, North Carolina; Palm Beach, Florida and Toronto, Canada.
Mr. Iacovelli graduated from tne University of Denver and is a member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
