Mr. Korchak joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1997 through the acquisition of Compass Management where he served as Director of Leasing for the New York Region overseeing the leasing of a portfolio of 8 million square feet of office space in the metropolitan area. Prior to that Mr. Korchak was at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management as a Director of Asset Management.
