William is based in San Francisco and is involved with asset management for properties across the Bay Area. Prior to joining Beacon in 2021, William served as a General Manager for JLL where he oversaw day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and capital and tenant improvements for a portfolio of office and R&D properties in the Peninsula and Silicon Valley submarkets. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology from the University of California, San Diego and he is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
