Bio
William is quite the gatherer of facts, figures, and data for our team. In his role at Beacon, he partners with our industrial and office teams on acquisitions, developments, transaction diligence, and asset management. A graduate from the University of South Carolina, William double majored in real estate and finance. After graduating, he moved to Charlotte to work for HFF/JLL's Office Investment Sales team as an analyst, and later as an associate, where he was involved in over $2 billion of capital markets transactions across the Carolinas. William has his NC and SC real estate licenses.
