William Martin is a University of Arizona graduate with degrees in real estate, chemistry and anthropology. Post graduate work focused on income producing property valuations.
I managed a highly productive commercial lending division for Home Federal Savings through 1988 at which time I founded Madera Financial, a 50 employee mortgage company that also included Madera Realty. I am a licensed real estate broker AZ-BR00858600 and mortgage broker BR-0917359 in the state of Arizona. I provide commercial real estate loans in AZ.
I hosted the Madera Real Estate and Mortgage Hour from 2000-2007, a weekly radio show in Tucson, AZ.
I have owned and managed multifamily properties in California and Arizona. I developed office condominiums. Lastly, I have originated in excess of $5 billion in loans including Credit Tenant Lease CTL bond transactions.
