William Mills joined Trinity Partners in 2019 with expertise in representing investors
and owners of commercial retail assets in Central South Carolina. During his fourteen
year career, William cultivated his professional knowledge to specialize in the leasing
and sales of single and multi-tenant retail properties.
William graduated from Wofford College with a B.A. in Economics and has been an
active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2011.
William established himself as an up-and-coming industry leader at Newmark Wilson
and Kibler, Inc. where he successfully completed over 500 transactions exceeding
$100 million. In 2016, William achieved recognition from the CoStar Group as the Top
Retail Leasing Agent for total square footage transacted in the Columbia market.
