Will Mundinger is a founding partner and Senior Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Development, where he is responsible for leading CHD's industrial development business in the South Central and Southeast regions of the United States. In this capacity, he oversees site selection, predevelopment, consultant coordination, and construction, with experience spanning development, entitlements, financing, acquisitions/dispositions, financial structuring, and underwriting.
